We are excited to share with you a one-page summary of the demographic breakdown of the 553 people with accepted workers’ compensation claims who responded to the Workers’ Voice survey in mid-2024.
We have begun collating several ‘easy to understand’ documents to provide information and the progress of the Workers’ Voice study and what could be expected next. These are being uploaded onto the Resources page as we have them completed.
Next steps:
We are beginning to plan the workshops for 2025 where we seek input from small groups of people with an injury and those who have supported them, to create a kinder, better, fairer re-imagined system. The new computer model will help us to test the specific solutions and ideas identified and see what the result or outcome of this would be, for both workers and the system.
We plan to continue to release plain language summaries and one page summary documents along the way.
