From Participant to Passenger: Workers’ Experiences of Recovery During a Workers’ Compensation Claim
Many injured workers find the administrative processes of workers’ compensation hard to navigate, which can slow recovery and return to work. Drawing on interviews with 20 Australian workers, this study identifies what helped and hindered their recovery, and the changes workers themselves say would make a difference.
