Why are you not talking to the people who manage these claims?

There has been past research exploring the systems, processes, costs and roles of people managing workplace compensation claims, however the worker with an injury with lived experience of the claim, has not had a say. Therefore this study is solely focusing on the voices of the Worker, and the person or people that directly support them (family / friends).
