Some people’s experiences are still ongoing, and may be under appeal or review. The workers’ voice team wants to ensure that any sharing of individual circumstances does not create additional problems for the individual while their experience is ongoing. We will not post anyone’s story without receiving their permission to do so in advance.
As researchers we also need to follow the rules of the Human Ethics approval process, to ensure that individuals/ workplaces/ claims managers or other companies, are not able to be identified without their consent.
