Workers' Voice
Everyone’s experience is unique and we want to hear yours. You can submit your story either in a written or typed document, on a short video, in a short audio file or through pictures/photos and words.
Please note, all stories will be part of the study ‘data’ but only a few will be posted on the website. This will not happen unless we have a conversation with you first.
Some things to consider when crafting your story is to let us know what your experiences were around any of these types of things:
There are three different ways you can share your story about workers' compensation with us. In writing, a short video, or a short recorded audio file.
You can type your story here in the box provided or attach a document/movie or audio file. If you have any issues attaching the file please contact us and we will organise another way to receive your files.
Thank you for agreeing to be part of the Workers' Voice study and provide your story. However, before we can use your story in the study we need to get your permission or consent.
Please read the additional information “Explanatory Statement” explaining the study HERE (PDF).
Before you press the submit button to upload your information, please make sure you have read the information and answer YES if you are happy to proceed.
Please provide your name, email and phone number below.
Can’t see the submit button? You must check the consent statement to submit your story.
