We want to hear from you!

Everyone’s experience is unique and we want to hear yours. You can submit your story either in a written or typed document, on a short video, in a short audio file or through pictures/photos and words.

Please note, all stories will be part of the study ‘data’ but only a few will be posted on the website. This will not happen unless we have a conversation with you first.

Some things to consider when crafting your story is to let us know what your experiences were around any of these types of things:

• describe your compensation claim including whether it is a current or past claim, the length of the claim and any other details you wish to share;
• describe the interactions you had with other key people in the compensation system including insurance case managers, employers and healthcare providers, and what you thought about the quality of these interactions/ conversations, and what impact they had on you;  
• describe what worked for you throughout the interactions and what didn’t work, and how it could be improved; or
• describe how the compensation system overall could be better.

There are three different ways you can share your story about workers' compensation with us. In writing, a short video, or a short recorded audio file.
